You can redeem it anytime during the checkout of your appointment. Redeem amount is 20 points = $1
NUT POINTS can be redeemed at both Providénce Nail Atelier and at our sister store MU NAILS.
How do I check the balance of my points?
The physical Points card must be presented every time during checkout in order to collect points. Please note that without the points card presented, you will not be able to earn points.
How are points calculated?
Every purchase of $20 = 20 points. For the purchase of $39 (before tax), you will earn only 20 points; for the purchase of $41 (before tax), you will earn only 40 points respectively.
Points will not be given when used with any promotion offers, vouchers, or gift cards.
You will receive a text message on your mobile phone after each appointment updating you on the current accumulated points.
Will my points expire?
Your NUT POINTS will expire if there is no activity in your account for more than 12 months. Eligible activity includes earning or redeeming points.
